Great news! My dear hubby surprised me with the most marvelous gift! A brand new D7100 Nikon!! Can you imagine my excitement! Really jazzed about this baby! I have taken time and read a lot in the manual. So far, I am familiarizing myself with the basics. Funny how muscle memory has to be unlearned. My trigger finger just goes right to the old places that I used on my trusty Pentax K10D. Yikes...I had no idea how hard those old habits would die. It's coming along however. I am getting the hang of it and have been able to navigate pretty well. Here are a few pics I grabbed while in Sacramento, CA. It was a beautiful day with a few clouds and nice blue sky.
